This is a work in progress and subject to change but thus far outlines answers to questions relating to the use of my artworks. Please check back periodically to check if my terms for use have been amended.
Can I use your art work for personal use?
I have broken down my Terms Of Use. So please read before you decide to help yourself.
1. No work is permitted without my written permission. If permission is granted all works MUST have ©Pamela Delli Colli & used with permission as well as a link back to http://www.pameladellicolli.com on the graphic itself. No Exceptions. Please do not use ANY other url.
***If permission is granted to your group & your group only you may NOT share my actual work in any format with any other group!!!!!! This does not include your actual creations. PLEASE respect these terms. I am NOT a FREE tube site!!! I do not want to revoke permission when I know there are groups who really care & respect my wishes. All it takes is an email to request. If the day comes I feel I have lost control over my images then I will go strictly pay to use & reconsider the few sites that have approached me. Thank you***
2. My work is to be used for Non-Commercial purposes only unless purchased through my on-line store @ http://www.pameladellicolli.com/store
3. Absolutely no Email Stationery, brushes and/or web-sets are to be created using my work. So please don't ask. For these types of creations only purchased images from my store may be used.
4. Please do NOT take images from my store, print stores (such as Deviant Art) or on this site. You are welcome to take the images at http://www.imaginedmoments.deviantart.com (Deviant Art) or my Renderosity (4udreamcatcher gallery). Please note my images carry a watermark which should be left in tact where possible.
Note: Please email me if you wish to use an image that was created using a stock model (photo manipulation) to ensure that using the image will not infringe their original copyright and usage terms.
Note: The artwork "Eternal Flame" may not be used for any reason; this artwork has been used to create my branding for my website and my identity elsewhere on the web.
Note: None of my Tarot Design artworks can be used for any purpose (these are a work in process with a view to future publication).
Note: Please read the image descriptor before taking my artwork from deviant art. If the image is a product promo you may not use it (unless you have purchased the item(s).
All images that are purchased in my store can be used on your personal & commercial projects with few restrictions. Any questions regarding this just ask me :) See the Terms & Conditions links in my store.
5. If you are a "Tube" site (ie: smith's freetubes.com) that allows people to d/l them for the hell of it permission will be denied. This does NOT represent tag groups.
6. Please do not combine my work with the work of other artists.
All of the above mentioned applies only to those that ask permission. Anyone who uses my work without my consent will be asked to remove it.
I belong to a PSP tutorial/tag group site, may I use your work? (MSN, Yahoo, etc.)
The Manager of the group should contact me. Please include your group name & URL. If you are a private group you will grant me permission to join so I can look around before I respond. If access is not granted permission will be denied & I will not respond to your email. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I like seeing how my work is will be used. If approved my art work may only be shared within that group. Also feel free to create something for me & in return I will be post it on this site & link back to your group :)
I purchased images from your store. How do I give you proper credit?
Once an image is purchased you will see a "Read Me" file that contains License Agreement & Terms. I expect buyers to respect what is written & all else I leave to ones discretion. To give you an idea if you are still unsure & if it makes you feel more confident, I have seen some add PTU ©Pamela Delli Colli on signature tags. As for Web Designers I have seen them add a little note on the set or on the page design; some choose to include my banner on a resource page. All creations made from these paid images may be used commercially (profit use-such as web templates, signature tags, banners, stationary, photo-manipulations, etc.) This only applies to PAID IMAGES. For free use of my work, read the terms above.
There is a category of products in my store "Designer Collections" which have restricted use as they were created from my own original artworks. These cannot be used to create other artworks but they can be used to create web sets and web design. Additional information on usage of these collection can be viewed by clicking on the Designer Collections link in my store.

Can I use your work on MySpace & other similar sites?
Above terms & rules apply. Also as I myself have a myspace page I will also add you to my friends list once approved.
Independent Web Designers
Currently only images that are purchased through my store can be used for this purpose.
Can I license a particular image for commercial use?
Contact me to discuss it further. Please include details on use.
Do you do commissions or take requests?
Yes, commissions are available at a reasonable price.
Yes, only please keep in mind that not all requests can be fulfilled as well as answered & a request does not mean that the image is made exclusively for you. It is merely an idea that you have given me to share with those who view my work.
My store has a separate Terms & Conditions link which should be read prior to purchasing my products. Some products carry additional restrictions, outlined on the full view page for each products.
To use products from my store "as is" for mass commercial reproduction by companies, business organization, like Collectible Card Games, RPG books, Massive merchandising, etc., contact me at equiries@pameladellicolli.com first.
